That's okay, but it'll be an uphill battle here to get a tame and levelheaded conversation going. Looks to me like you did an experiment and put some time/effort into it and kinda want to talk about it and possibly some balancing ideas. It's r/eve buddy, whatever you write someone will read it in the worst possible way with their own pet agenda and shit all over the thread with weirdly placed aggression. I'm pretty sure that being -10 (which not all gankers are) would only cause faction police to come after you and not concord, but even if it did, according to this E-Uni page the Concord cruisers have a lock-time of 2 seconds, so even in the hypothetical scenario where Concord is on-grid and starts locking the tornados immediately (which I don't believe they would), the 2.3s lock time of the Tornados could be enough to get their one pre-fired shot off before the server tick where Concord fires and kills them. So even if you triggered Concord with an alt, you'd only have one squad on-grid, meaning only one of the three required Tornados would have no concord delay.Įven with concord on-grid, they won't respond until after the Tornados have fired, making them useless against alpha-based ganks like the Tornado. Concord doesn't attack all criminal ships on grid, each Concord "squad" only attacks one target at a time. This is an old article, but the mechanics haven't changed to my knowledge. This is assuming over-heated hardeners, too. The Tornado's alpha is 10566, so you'd only need 3 Tornados to alpha the gila. If we assume the tornado loads EMP (to hit the Gila's weakest resist), the Gila has 29.8k EHP. This Gila is currently the fit with the most recent T6 runs. You'd have to have a shitload of them with Concorde on grid to bring down a bling gila doing T6's.
